JUDO4CO – Innovative Erasmus+ Program for Children with Obesity

I (with Miro and my JKB support team) designed the JUDO4CO project in the first place. The idea and whole system. Henk and me, we made the application with the help oh Katja (outsourced Erasmus officer)

I’m the project manager and coordinator along with our project office (Henk, Gabi, Miro and me). We discuss and evaluate and make guidance for every action of every partner in this project. We supervise every work package. We are responsible for the JUDO4CO success.

Field work: In Slovenia I currently and personally work on organisation of in hospital trainings, communication with the hospital management, doctors and nurses, the parents and the coaches. Then I work on the transfer of the kids to the local clubs and take care of the contracts and relations with the local clubs. (This is the final goal of the project – 200 new kids with obesity training in judo clubs.) I also work in the tatami in hospital and in JKB club with the children with obesity as a second coach.

Now the mirroring phase will start. I will help Italian, Romanian and  Dutch team to contact and negotiate with the proper health institutions in their countries. To establish a similar system like in Slovenia. Here my work will be organisation and lobbying.

And last thing. I (being a financial consultant), together with Henk and audit committee will supervise the whole project finance.
