JUDO4CO – Innovative Erasmus+ Program for Children with Obesity

Milena Lovato

My name is Milena Lovato, and I am a professional judo master. I previously served as President of DLF Udine and have extensive experience in managing international judo events.
In addition to my background as an accountant and correspondent in foreign languages, I have participated in several educational and Erasmus+ projects, including “Judo Moral Code” and “Sonkei – Respect in sport, respect in life”, promoting the ethical and educational values of judo.
Within the JUDO4CO project, I am a member of the Steering Committee and responsible for applying the judo methodology to a group of children with obesity in our dojo, using sport as a tool to promote enjoyment, inclusion, and healthier lifestyles.
