Maria Loredana Lascău is a Physical Education teacher and judo coach with over 18 years of experience in athlete development, coach education and European sport projects. As President of Judo Club Liberty Oradea, she leads grassroots and performance programmes focused on values-based education, inclusion and long-term athlete development.

Within the Judo 4 Children with Obesity project, she contributes expertise in structured training methodologies, safe sport environments and the integration of judo principles to support physical, emotional and social development of children.

Alina Borza

Vice-President & Judo Coach – Judo Club Liberty Oradea, Romania

Alina Borza serves as Vice-President and Coach at Judo Club Liberty Oradea, playing a central role in both the operational management and the daily training activities of the club. With strong experience in grassroots development and youth training, she contributes to building a structured, safe and motivating environment for children and adolescents.

Within the Judo 4 Children with Obesity project, Alina supports the practical implementation of training sessions, ensuring consistency, engagement and age-appropriate methodology. Her hands-on involvement in coaching and event coordination strengthens the project’s impact at community level.
